Terms and Conditions
- A person wishing to become a member of the Sydney Flying Squadron will need to submit the form fully completed with Annual Fees.
- Applicants' names are placed on the Club’s Notice Board prior to the monthly Board meeting, inviting members to consider these applicants and their suitability for membership of the Club.
- Should an application be rejected for any reason, the annual subscription fee shall be refunded.
- Your privacy will be respected. Sydney Flying Squadron Limited is subject to the Provisions of the NSW Registered Clubs Act 2001 which requires certain information to be maintained about members. Failure to provide this information may result in your application being rejected. The personal information provided by you is subject to the Privacy Act 2000 and will be used to process you Application. The club may disclose your information to third parties that provide services under contract to the Club or to members for Sailing activities and those third parties also are subject to the Privacy Act 2000. The club may also use your information for marketing purposes to improve our services and to provide you with the latest information about these activities and any related services and promotions.
- In accordance with the Club's constitution, Sailing Members may only attend and vote at the AGM after two consecutive years' membership. For Social Members it is three consecutive years' membership.
